The order page will appear as shown below. Please be informed that the starred sections are mandatory. (* mandatory)<\/p>\n

Input the name you have for the verification, upload the date of birth, consent letter, certification, and transcript of record (optional).<\/p>\n

Select the country where the institution is located. You may type the country\u2019s name or scroll through the options.<\/p>\n

Next, select the institution. If the institution is not on the list, you can type it in and press ENTER. If the institution you chose is a university, the university form will show the input fields for the Faculty, Major\/Certification, Enrollment Year, and Graduation Year(mandatory). If the institution you chose is a certification body, the certification body will show the input fields for the Certification, Level, Date of Issue(mandatory), and Expiration Date.<\/p>\n

Select the faculty. You will see the faculty options of the institution you have chosen. You can type the faculty name or scroll through the options. If the faculty is not on the list, you can type it in and press ENTER.<\/p>\n

Select the Major\/Certification. You will see the Major\/Certification of the faculty you have chosen. You can type the name of the Major\/Certification or scroll through the options. If the Major\/Certification is not on the list, you can type it in and press ENTER.<\/p>\n

Once you finish filling in the form, you can proceed to the next step by clicking the \u201cPLACE ORDER\u201d button, and you will be redirected to the cart page.<\/p>\n

On the cart page, you can add a new screening or delete the screening that you created and proceed to checkout. If you want to check out more than one screening, you can click the \u201cADD NEW SCREENING\u201d button, and you will be redirected to the order page. If you want to delete a screening, you can click the \u201cX\u201d button. If you are ready to check out, you can proceed to the next step by clicking the \u201cPROCEED TO CHECKOUT\u201d button. You will then be redirected to the checkout page.<\/p>\n

This is the checkout page you can fill with your information. After this, your account on Education Verification is automatically created.\u00a0 You only have one payment option, which is through a credit card payment. After placing an order, you will have an account to monitor your screening and get your results.<\/p>\n
