To start checking the verification results that have been submitted by the verifier<\/span>, you will need to click the name of the screening. Then, you will be able to see the details of the screening.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: The supervisor can edit the screening answers and approve \/ reject the screening.<\/b><\/p>\n

In the details of the screening, the supervisor can see the submitted results and take the following actions:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Approve the screening<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Reject the screening<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Edit the answers of the screening<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Approve the screening<\/b><\/p>\n

    If all the verification results submitted by the verifier are correct<\/span>, the supervisor can approve the screening by clicking the <\/span>APPROVE <\/b>button and send the result by clicking the <\/span>SUBMIT RESULTS <\/b>button.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Once the screening has been approved and submitted, the status of the screening will change to <\/span>REVIEW BY QUALIFIER<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Reject the screening<\/b><\/p>\n

    If you see that one of the answers is wrong on the submitted verification results by the verifier or you have any doubt<\/span>, you can reject the screening by clicking the <\/span>REJECT <\/b>button. If the screening has been rejected, it will be reverted back to the verifier to revise. You can add further information to your verifier through the message to the verifier feature.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Once the screening has been rejected, the status of the screening will change to <\/span>Review by Verifier<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Edit the answer of the screening<\/b><\/p>\n

    Instead of rejecting the screening, the supervisor can also edit the screening by clicking the <\/span>EDIT ANSWER<\/b> button<\/span>. As seen in the picture below, you will have three options to change the answer by <\/span>YES<\/b>, <\/span>NO <\/b>and <\/span>CANNOT VERIFY<\/b>. Once you finished editing, you can approve the screening by clicking the <\/span>APPROVE <\/b>button. If all the answers are already correct, you can directly click the <\/span>SUBMIT RESULTS<\/b> button and the results will be sent directly to the qualifier.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Once the edited screening has been submitted, the status of the screening will be changed to <\/span>REVIEW BY QUALIFIER.<\/b> At this point, you will need to wait for the Qualifiers to review your verification results.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
